**This is the job**:
**What will I be doing?**:

- Managing all administrative aspects of a trainee’s journey
- Ensuring trainee DBS & licence requests are submitted to the DVSA at the appropriate time and within the course syllabus timeframes.
- Booking all trainee tests with the DVSA at the appropriate time and again on target with the course syllabus and timeframes
- Event management for classroom-based training

**What do I need?**:
**Capability, Knowledge and Experience**:

- A proven track record of working to targets
- Previous administration experience
- Exceptional communicator with experience in customer service
- Ability to work fast & independently

**Personal Characteristics**:

- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Able to think on your feet and offer creative solutions to drive progression
- Assertive with a positive and resilient attitude
