Fantastic opportunity to join a well-established company in the Beckenham on a temp to perm basis

My client is looking for a Customer/Operational Administrator to join a busy, friendly team of 6. Office based with the potential of homeworking a couple of days a week once fully trained.

On a day to day basis you will be looking after your own set clients to ensure they receive the best possible service. You will have previously worked in a customer orientated role and will have a professional and confident telephone manner.

This is a busy, varied role that will include building relationships with clients, processing work orders, liaising with engineers and maintaining accurate client records.

You will have a good working knowledge of MS Office especially Excel and Outlook, be able to work under pressure, used to working to deadlines and be able to plan and organise your own workload.

Experience Required:

- Minimum 3 year's experience in similar client facing office role
- Professional manner
- Able to use MS Office to a proficient standard, particularly Outlook and Excel
- Strong administration skills
- Must have the ability to plan, prioritise and organise own workload effectively - juggling tasks is the name of the game
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good standard of written English
