**Customer Service Administrator**

**About the Company**:
Janitorial Express is a leading distributor of cleaning products to commercial customers throughout the UK & pride ourselves in delivering industry leading best service levels especially within London.

**The Role**:
Demonstrate knowledge, understanding and enthusiasm for the business and its products in order to assist customers with any queries.

Work closely with the logistics team to ensure next day deliver and addressing any issues with delayed deliveries, shortages and returns.

Work closely with the Group Purchasing Manager to ensure processing and payment of supplier invoices.

**Person Specification**:
At least 6 months experience in customer service and / or sales.

Well-developed interactive, organisational and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure, dealing with multiple tasks and deadlines.

Proficient computer skills with data entry and communication (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Knowledge of the cleaning industry would be advantageous but not essential.

Dynamic personality.

Team Player.

**Salary and Benefits**:
**Salary**: £25,000

Full time and permanent position.

40-hour week.

Whilst the role is office based, we are happy to discuss options for hybrid working.

21 days holiday, plus bank holidays.

**Salary**: £25,000.00 per year
