Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator. Must ideally have experience and knowledge in carrying out office management duties, giving first line customer support as well as supporting the director and the sales team within the business.They will be working across the team coordinating / administrating the operations of the company ensuring that the office is manned, managed and maintained.

DUTIES INCLUDE:

- First line customer service
- Project Management assistance
- Basic Account Management
- Supplier liaison
- Customer proposals & order management
- Supplier and customer invoice requests/approvals

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

- Highly motivated with positive approach to tasks
Proficient with Microsoft Office. (Adobe, CRMs, desirable)
- Ability to manage own workload efficiently and effectively
- Ability to interact with clients and suppliers confidently
- Time management and prioritisation
Proactive in seeking out opportunities for self-development inside the business
Ability to build effective working relationships
- Telecoms/IT experience desirable, not essential
