**Customer Service Administrator - Cortel Telecom**

**We are a busy Telecoms business based near St. Paul’s in Central London - we have been trading for 30 years providing Hosted Systems, Fleet Mobiles, Leased Lines and Phone Systems to a wide corporate customer base.**

**You will be joining a small friendly service team to support our clients. This is a challenging role, and there is a real opportunity to succeed and make a difference.**

You will be expected to establish a professional working relationship immediately with our Sales Team and understand your responsibilities quickly.

The primary role of the Customer Service Administrator:
To provide Service and Sales support as detailed below. The applicant must have a strong attention to detail and be thorough in following through with all processes, getting confirmation that the customer is satisfied, and all their expectations were met.

The Customer Service Administrator role will include the following duties:

- Preparing customer documents (contracts, proposals, etc.).
- Processing all new/upgrading mobile connections to different Mobile Networks and maintaining a connection tracker.
- Troubleshooting and reaching out to network teams for additional support.
- Ordering stock from our suppliers, preparing deliveries, and maintaining a stock control tracker.
- Providing usage reports to the sales department upon request.
- Ad hoc jobs such as client visits to provide tech support when necessary.

**Profile**
- Exceptional telephone manner and computer literacy (Microsoft office).
- Must have customer service experience.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Organised with great attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken grammar.

The successful applicant for the role will receive.
- Competitive Salary (Negotiable) starting from £21600 to £26400.
