Pendragon Vehicle Management is seeking to recruit a motivated, highly organised experienced Customer Service Administrator to be part of our team based at Pendragon Vehicle Management in Derby, which has recently undergone a major refurbishment throughout.

As a Pendragon Vehicle Management Administrator your daily responsibilities will be

Answering the telephone in a professional manner Produce quotations for customers to a high level of accuracy Ordering vehicles via our internal and external supplier chain Proactively managing status reports Driver updates completed Effectively communicate with customers and manage their expectations Arranging deliveries and ensure return vehicle sent to correct site Data entry into several systems Providing reports for Customers Working closely with the Sales Team Provide exceptional customer service skills and focus Proactive complaint handling Can do attitude

Ideally you will have experience of working in a busy and fast paced administrative environment. Excellent interpersonal, organisational and communication skills and the confidence to liaise with customers and colleagues at all levels.

With a focus on providing exceptional levels of customer service at all times, you must be computer literate with outstanding attention to detail. You will also be able to demonstrate an ability to work effectively under pressure in order to meet deadlines.

Hours of work are 9.00 am to 5.30 pm weekdays.
