Customer Service Administrator

Beaver Pest Control are one of the ten largest specialist pest control companies in the UK voted “Best Business with over 50 employees” and “Business of the Year” at the Wandsworth and South London Business Awards. Having been established for 30 years we are expanding rapidly and have a busy dedicated office admin team.

We carry out pest control for businesses large and small as well as residential customers. We also have our own bird control division and other specialist teams. Over eighty employees are directly employed, and all office administration is carried out from our head office in Tooting, where you will be based.

**Duties**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with their inquiries or concerns about pest problems
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
- Upsell products and services to customers when applicable.
- Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Enter customer information accurately into the CRM system.
- Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing, to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Raise invoices via CRM system and Sage Accounts and debt collect on unpaid invoices
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times.

**Experience**:

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Data entry experience with a high level of accuracy.
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle difficult customers.

**Qualities and Proficiencies**:

- Be able to work quickly and efficiently in a busy sometimes demanding environment
- Be able to work on your own initiative, problem solve and work within strict deadlines
- Knowledge of Salesforce CRM system and Sage Line 50 Accounts preferred (not essential)

**Salary**: £28,000.00 per year

Schedule:

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
