Customer Service Administrator

**Job description**
Construction Certification is a booking agent with the construction industry. We offer a platform for construction industry related qualifications and training to help people that want to work on construction sites in the UK.
We're looking someone to start on a full time basis who is based in or around London. We want someone motivated in administration and customer service to join our supportive and friendly team.
You will be processing bookings for construction related tests, qualifications and training. You will help customers with their questions and direct customers to training courses which can help them to get better and higher paid jobs.
You will work 5 days per week Monday-Friday, however you may be asked on occasion to change one of your in week days for working a day on a weekend.
- Inputting customer data on to databases and in external systems.
- Following written booking procedures and processes.
- Handling customer enquiries and questions.
- Sending out course information.
- Completing general administration tasks.
**Required skills**:
- Excellent attention to detail (without this you won't be able to work in this role).
- Fluent English including written and verbal communication skills.
- An ability for problem solving.
- Motivated by helping customers.
- Willing to undertake any other relevant duties as may reasonably be requested.
- Customer handling skills.
- Ability to work with limited supervision and manage time effectively.
**Salary**: £11.00 per hour
