**Summary of Overall Job Purpose**:
The trainee Storesperson / Workshop Administrator will be required to support our Safety and Business Support teams in smooth running of the Workshop by managing incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring documentation and product preparation for deliveries are completed accurately and dispatched in an appropriate manner.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Communicate with the team regarding processed orders/orders ready for deliveries
- Fulfilling parts orders and supplying accurate documentation for each order
- Check received deliveries and book these into system correctly and in a timely manner
- Process job system and ensure orders are completed accurately as per job details
- Ensure stock levels are maintained and communicate any requests for additional supplies to Business Support
- Responsible for managing the inbound process of goods inwards
- Ensure accurate stock systems records are maintained
- Assisting with annual stock take
- Issuing stock internally, whilst maintaining storage disciplines, systems and records
- Packing of goods for shipment to customer sites
- Assisting staff with queries and questions
- Maintain good housekeeping practices in the Workshop, as well as ensure Health and Safety is always adhered to
- Assist managers in implementing and maintaining effective processes to ensure smooth running of the Workshop
- Participate in company development initiatives as may be required from time to time.
- Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management within the timeframe specified, in a safe and efficient manner, to meet business requirements, provided the instruction is reasonable and you are capable and deemed competent to fulfil these.
- Experience in similar position (desired)
- IT literate
- Comfortable operating within a fast-paced operational environment
- Commercial acumen
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Attention to detail and the ability to priorities workload to meet changing operational needs.
- UK Driving Licence (Prefered)
