**The Position**:
The duties you will be performing as part of your role:

- Serve as the central point for all service referrals, efficiently triaging customer self-referrals and directing them to the appropriate team for prompt action.
- Respond to inquiries from partner agencies, councillors, and colleagues in a professional manner, ensuring accurate communication through various channels.
- Organize multi-disciplinary meetings, team gatherings, and events. This includes managing logistics such as room bookings, transportation, catering, note-taking, and diary management.
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback, and use insights to drive continuous learning and service improvement.
- Provide comprehensive administrative assistance, managing tasks like mail, filing, photocopying, stationery procurement, and maintaining stock for dispersed accommodation.
- Handle sensitive customer data in compliance with the Data Protection Act and GDPR regulations, ensuring confidentiality and privacy.
- Collate information from service systems, enabling managers to monitor performance and enhance service delivery.
- Update and maintain computer records and service-related systems accurately, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Adhere to role-specific risk assessments, promptly reporting workplace hazards and non-compliance issues.
- Foster a positive, diverse, and inclusive environment for both internal and external stakeholders, utilizing available resources to enhance service accessibility.
- Handle various financial tasks, including invoice processing, requisitions, purchase orders, managing travel passes, distributing high street vouchers, and petty cash management.

**About You**:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Demonstrated experience in working within housing contexts, showcasing a deep understanding of the industry.
- Proficiency in housing and homeless legislation, ensuring compliance and understanding of legal frameworks.
- Proven ability to work effectively in partnerships, fostering strong relationships with various stakeholders for collaborative initiatives.
- Proficiency in various ICT packages, especially Microsoft Office, Northgate, Abritas, and Excel, showcasing a high level of digital literacy.
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols within housing environments, ensuring the well-being of all involved parties.
- Housing-related qualifications or relevant professional experience, demonstrating a solid educational foundation or practical expertise in the field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, enabling clear and effective interaction with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational and prioritizing skills, ensuring tasks are managed efficiently and deadlines are met consistently.
- Background in working in front-line services, showcasing practical knowledge of real-time challenges and solutions in housing environments.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative in problem-solving, while also being a team player, contributing collaboratively to team objectives.

**Contract**:3 months (likely extension)
