As our Bid Writer, you will operate under the direction and guidance of the Directors, providing an approachable and flexible service to support a range of public / private sector bids across MRM Solutions range of services. You will also work closely with BDMs and our technical teams to support the creation and delivery of high-quality bid submission documents including, EOIs, PQQs, ITTs and interview/presentation documentation.

As an outstanding writer you will play a key role in assisting the team to ensure that all bid documents and business development literature is prepared and presented not only to the highest possible standards but on time - often within challenging deadlines;
- Taking ownership of the PQQ / RFI process - This includes downloading, collating, preparing, completing and submitting associated documents ahead of deadlines
- You'll be an experienced B2B writer
- Bid/Tender experience would be desirable
- Thoroughly proof-reading materials to ensure information is grammatically correct, well-researched, and without spelling errors
- Making certain that all proposals are formatted correctly, comply with company brand guidelines / internal quality guidelines and meet customer requirements
- Ensuring that our in-house bid process is understood and implemented to ensure that quality, commercial and legal requirements are consistently met
- Taking ownership of client portals - Including dealing with daily alerts and maintenance of portal logins
- Providing general administrative support to the business development teams, as required
- To develop a deep knowledge of MRM Solutions.
- Create written content which is persuasive and informative
- Ensuring the proposal is consistent in style, language and approach (solution / strategy) throughout
- The production of proposals by actively collating information from the relevant division team and third parties (where required) to ensure a draft proposal is created, which supports the “Bid Review”
- Part-taking in the editing process to ensure content is customer focused and aligned to defined bid themes
- Creating and managing databases of company information for the inclusion into PQQs, RFIs, Questionnaires etc.
- Establishment and maintenance of a bid library containing standardised content
- Production of professional submissions that reflect corporate brand guidelines and align to best practice

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gateshead, NE11 9SY: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Technical Writing: 2 years (preferred)
