**Role Description**:
This is an exciting role with significant influence over the ongoing development of Process Automation opportunities and solution across the GBAM Process Automation Program and the wider organisation as a whole. As an experienced Project Manager and Delivery Lead, the successful applicant will be responsible for a diverse set of deliverables in support of enterprise wide Process Automation Delivery, with particular focus on collaborative tools, shared components and Process Automation excellence.

**The Team**:
The role sits within the Process Automation group, working directly with the development teams, business partners and stakeholders across GBAM and beyond.

**Core Skills**:
This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables which usually requires engagement from multiple teams such as a project or smaller program. Key responsibilities include communicating the work objectives, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables. This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the functionality, quality, timeline and cost. They facilitate sync points across multiple organizations to enable delivery.

Essential:

- Significant experience delivering complex projects to global stakeholders in a Banking Environment.
- Excellent Communication Skills - written and verbal.
- The ability to influence senior leaders and executives.
- Experience of Process Automation and / or Vendor tools is beneficial, but not essential.
