**Contract/Hours**:Permanent Part-time, 7 hours per week - working hours are flexible and can be agreed.

**A bit about the role**

The home is for one young person, who is looked after by a team of qualified residential support staff. By creating a nurturing, attachment-based environment, we can ensure he gets the right support to foster his development.

We are now recruiting for an Administrative Officer to provide support to our team.

This will be a varied role in which you'll need to provide an effective, efficient administrative service, which would suit an experienced administrative professional who wants to make a difference to the lives of children and families.

- Providing a high-quality range of administrative services across the departments.
- Being effective, intuitive, flexible and able to work to deadlines.
- Having a willingness to learn with strong attention to detail and adhere to best practises.
- Providing excellent customer service and being a good communicator.
- Having a sensitive approach to the work that we undertake.
- Working as a team but with the ability to work on your own initiative.

**Let's talk about you**
- Experience of a similar administrative role with excellent communication skills is essential.
- Strong IT Skills and experience of using various IT systems including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- To be a confident communicator and able to converse with senior professionals from a variety of backgrounds.
- The ability to take minutes at meetings.
- Good prioritisation and time management ensuring deadlines are met, whilst maintaining the ability to handle sensitive data.
- To be proactive with a ‘can-do' attitude.
