**About the Opportunity**:
As a Marketing and Design Specialist with Suresafe, you will play a crucial role in crafting visually compelling and effective promotional materials. Your primary focus will be on designing artwork and media for catalogues, flyers, and other promotional materials, all while playing a crucial role in shaping the narrative of our premium workwear and PPE.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**: Create eye-catching designs for catalogues, flyers, banners, and other marketing collateral.
- Develop visually appealing graphics that align with our brand identity.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the Marketing & Sales teams to understand campaign objectives and target audience. Developing Marketing Adverts & Sales Campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate design elements into various promotional channels. Including All social Media Channels
- **Innovative Thinking**: Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices.
- Bring fresh and creative ideas to enhance the visual representation of our products.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field (preferable but not essential).
- Showcase your design prowess with an outstanding portfolio.
- Command of design software - Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Knowledge of pre-press processes and print production.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
