ID Systems  part of the M Group Services Water Division are the leading service provider in the water and wastewater infrastructure sectors in the UK. IDS are looking to recruit a highly-motivated individual to fulfil the role of RCS (Regional Contractor Services) Pre construction Manager.

The role will hold responsibility for delivering contracts and ongoing relationships with suppliers and Clients (both internal and external to the business) as well as the management and supervision of pre-contract staff and the delegation of tasks accordingly. Financial budget supervision and ensuring the cost-effectiveness and value for money of delivery are other key tasks. The role will also crossover with other pre contract departments and the candidate will be required to work in these areas upon request. Leading a project team responsible for co-coordinating all electrical, mechanical, civil and process engineering deliverables & estimating during the Pre-Construction phase of projects through to contract award. 

Do you have experience within the water industry? This is desirable not essential.

Can you demonstrate knowledge and skills in the in the planning, specification, design procurement and commissioning of projects? Have you gained an HNC or above in an engineering/management discipline with previous management experience in a similar type role? Do you have an e xperienced level of decision making and the ability to prioritise and manage conflicting demands? Can you demonstrate strong communication skills all levels?
