About The Role

Delivering Excellence in Project Management

M Group Services, a leading provider of essential infrastructure services, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pre Construction Manager to join our Regional Contractor Services team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering contracts and building strong relationships with suppliers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise pre-contract staff and delegate tasks accordingly
  • Oversee financial budgeting and ensure cost-effectiveness and value for money
  • Collaborate with other pre-contract departments and work on cross-functional projects
  • Lead project teams in coordinating electrical, mechanical, civil, and process engineering deliverables and estimating during the pre-construction phase

Requirements:

  • Experience in the water industry (desirable but not essential)
  • Knowledge and skills in planning, specification, design, procurement, and commissioning of projects
  • HNC or above in an engineering/management discipline with previous management experience in a similar role
  • Strong decision-making and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage conflicting demands
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels
