We are a dynamic construction company based in Cumbernauld, seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate and Manage Costs: Prepare detailed quantity requirements and estimate costs for construction projects.
  • Financial Management: Monitor construction budgets, track expenses, and ensure costs are controlled.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure the best pricing.
  • Project Updates: Review and update project costs as construction work progresses.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Skills: Proficiency in cost estimation software and understanding of project management.
