**About The Role**:
**Sales Support Coordinator**
Due to continued expansion, excellent trading results so far this year and an internal promotion we need to recruit a Sales Support Coordinator to join our busy, dynamic and friendly team. The role has two main facets. You will be managing a team of Sales Support Executives, reviewing workloads, turnaround SLA’s, and keeping on top of urgent requests from customers and colleagues. You will also be supporting the National account managers with contract & pricing renewals, complex projects and general customer management.
This is a fast paced and varied role, where no one day will be the same. If you are natural leader, who can prioritise workload at speed, put the customer first, and have a head for numbers, this could be the role for you. It is likely you will be working in a sales support role currently, but operating at a higher level and keen to take on more responsibility. You will be dealing with Nisbets highest profile customers and be involved with multi million pound tenders, so you will be exposed to our senior stakeholders which will only raise your profile in the business.
**What will I be doing?**
- Overseeing large projects orders, openings and rollouts
- Point of contact for more complex customer queries
- Responsibility to keep overdue debt levels for your customers within a target range
- Calculating pricing and rebate renewals
- Managing tender process including product matching, pricing & margin position and any written response
- Supporting National Account Managers with contract renewals, including reviewing legal documents, pricing, and rebate requirements
- Reporting to Support Manager on daily sales figures, including trends, run rates, forecasting and margin results
**About You**:
**What are we looking for?**
- At least two years’ experience within a Sales Support role
- Experience of calculating pricing and margin positions for large, complex opportunities
- Experience of activity management and team training
- Ability to prioritise your own workload, as well as your teams
- Resilient and adaptable to change
- Highly numerate
- Advanced Excel skills
