As a Sales Support Co-Ordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales Managers and ensuring the smooth flow of operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Sales Support Co-Ordinator, you will work closely with our Sales Managers to manage customer portfolios from order placement to machine delivery. Your responsibilities will include:

- Handling incoming telephone calls and being the primary point of contact for prospective customers.
- Accurately updating systems with order information and details.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Maintaining clear communication with customers and internal teams to ensure timely dispatch of products.
