Part-time Sales Support Co-ordinator

Our customer a specialist in the skincare and makeup industry require a Sales Support Co-ordinator for their Avonmouth Office.
Daily duties include:
- Supporting sales managers in all sales support
- Providing reports when required
- Consistently develop a strong understanding of markets, customer needs and competition
- Understand and be aware of the entire product range
- Carry out all administration necessary in setting up new customers including but not exclusive to new line forms and liaising with factories for compliance documents
- Support the sales team with travel arrangements and diary management
- General PA support to sales managers
- General office duties such as ordering of stationary / office equiptment
Hours of Work:
22.5 hours per week - Part time 3 days per week flexible start and finish times available.

Ideal Required competencies/ experience:
- Administrative skills
- Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels with the internal team and customers.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently while paying strict attention to detail
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 22 per week
