**Job Title:** Sales Territory Manager

As one of the safest, most customer-focused companies in this space, we are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our dedicated Express Asphalt team at Aggregate Industries.
The OpportunityIn this exciting role, you will take charge of your own sales territory in the South West region. Your key responsibilities include managing and growing key accounts, spearheading new business opportunities, and developing a winning sales strategy that drives growth and expands our market presence.
You will also play a key role in implementing sales and marketing campaigns, generating and following up on leads, and promoting our full product range to meet and exceed targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for keeping our customer records up-to-date, resolving complaints effectively, and coordinating with our Credit Services and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow key accounts in the South West region
- Spearhead new business opportunities and develop a winning sales strategy
- Implement sales and marketing campaigns to drive growth and expand market presence
- Generate and follow up on leads to drive success
- Keep customer records up-to-date and resolve complaints effectively
- Coordinate with Credit Services and Sales teams to ensure smooth operations
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent interpersonal skills, a knack for understanding market dynamics, and the ability to develop strategic business plans that align with company goals. You should also be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenge of meeting sales targets.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus bonus, 25 days holiday + local bank holidays, and other benefits that recognize your contributions to our success.
