Commercial Sales Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Sales Manager to join our team at WasteRecruit Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new sales opportunities in the Bristol region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the integrated facilities management service sector, and be able to develop and implement sales initiatives that attract new customers and support the retention and growth of current customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- To lead the sales drive into a wider integrated services business providing waste management and soft facilities management services
- To develop and implement capture plans and key account plans for new customers
- To establish and deliver a robust sales funnel of opportunities in line with business plans and strategy
Requirements:
- A high level of experience working in a dynamic sales environment with a high field sales or key account content
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets using a structured sales approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
