About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join Harding+ as a Retail Strategy Manager in our Fine Jewellery category. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing onboard retail strategies to promote and model high quality retailing standards. Your expertise in luxury sales management across traditional and cruise retail, with fine jewellery experience preferred, will drive maximum sales results, superior guest service, talent development and engagement.

With a strong focus on business development and growth, you will work closely with our Category & Marketing teams to develop and execute directives and regional product campaigns. You will also collaborate with Operations and Category teams to identify actions for ships that require support, plan targeted activity, onboard strategy and training to maximise sales.

The ideal candidate will have robust experience in luxury sales management, proven coaching ability, and the ability to build relationships at all levels. They will also possess outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
