**Position Overview**: LOBO Systems is looking for a dynamic Training Administrator to manage and coordinate our training sessions across the UK and potentially internationally. In this role, you'll be the linchpin ensuring our training operations run smoothly, supporting our Product Trainers, and enhancing the overall training experience for our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Schedule Management**: Efficiently manage the schedules and diaries of our Product Trainers.
- **Session Coordination**: Organise and coordinate training sessions across the UK.
- **Customer Liaison**: Act as the primary contact for customers, organizing logistics and ensuring seamless training experiences.
- **Onsite Support**: Welcome trainees onsite, facilitate logistics, and manage lunch orders.
- **Record Maintenance**: Keep accurate training records and documentation.
- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the training team.
- **Training Materials Development**: Assist in the creation and improvement of training materials.
- **Post-Training Coordination**: Ensure customers receive feedback, certification documents, and follow-up information promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: A degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
- **Experience**: Previous administrative experience, ideally within a training or educational context.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, excellent organisational and time-management skills, strong communication and interpersonal abilities, and keen attention to detail.
