If so, we want you to join our team as a Training Coordinator

As a Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling training sessions, tracking attendance and participation, and evaluating the effectiveness of each program. You'll be passionate about creating a safety culture throughout the operation through trust, values and attitudes.

We’ll look to you for:

- Support the T&C team with updating and managing safety critical Training and Competency records in line with information received.
- Production and circulation of safety critical kpi’s, management information, governance and ad-hoc reports.
- Provide training programme management support.
- Provide an efficient administration service to the T&C training team and other key stakeholders.
- Assist in the scheduling of training including booking venues, trainers and assessors, training resources and other logistics.
- Manage course booking and ensure other resources are provided and managed such as joining instructions, course attendance register management etc.
- Liaison with external training providers, including the scheduling, booking and processing/payment of associated invoices.
- Process all invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
- Keep an up-to-date record of costs for training and associated resources.
- Issue certificates, cards, and training documentation in a timely manner.
- Assist stakeholders with training budgeting.

- Flexible and quick to adapt.
- Demonstrated experience of using MS Office, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, in-house software solutions, accounting tools and learning management systems.
- Demonstrated experience in dealing with supplier, customer and employee queries.
- Prior experience of working in a training team environment is desirable.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) desirable.
