**Key responsibilities a Receptionist includes**:

- Welcoming and directing visitors by maintaining employee and department directories
- Maintaining security by following procedures such as monitoring logbooks, issuing visitor passes and managing the fire register
- Maintaining continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
- Reporting faults of IT equipment situation in meeting rooms to IT Desk
