We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Quality Personnel Services Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking maintenance calls from clients and contractors, and organizing the necessary work to be carried out.
- Prioritizing different repair and maintenance works to ensure timely completion.
- Dealing with contractors and obtaining quotes for work that needs to be carried out.
- Maintaining accurate records on our client database.
- Typing, amending, and updating various reports.
- Utilizing Excel with confidence to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Checking and maintaining client inboxes, and processing contractor and client invoices.
- Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues at all levels.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any queries or issues that may arise.
- Providing general administrative support to the team.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of IT literacy, including Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
