Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar facilities role
  • Familiarity with building services and maintenance systems
  • NEBOSH or IOSH certification (or willingness to work towards)
