Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Quality Personnel Services Limited. As a Facilities Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our client's facilities, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking maintenance calls from tenants and operatives, and organizing the necessary work to be carried out.
  • Prioritizing different repair and maintenance works to ensure timely completion.
  • Dealing with contractors and obtaining quotes for work that needs to be carried out.
  • Maintaining accurate records on our client's in-house database.
  • Typing, amending, and updating various reports.
  • Utilizing Excel with confidence to analyze and present data.
  • Checking and maintaining Outlook client Inboxes.
  • Processing contractor and client invoices.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, contractors, and colleagues at all levels.
  • Providing exceptional problem-solving skills to resolve any queries or issues that may arise.
  • Providing general administrative support to the team.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organization and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment.
