Job Title: Operations Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £38,000 to £40,000

Wild Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our client's team and help streamline their operations.

Job Overview: As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's daily activities. You will be responsible for managing import/export operations, stock management, facilities management, and leading Health and Safety requirements for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control stock held in the warehouse to ensure high availability through stock profiling and management.
  • Manage incoming goods and export shipments.
  • Manage facilities for the warehouse site.
  • Provide support to the warehouse team as required.
  • Take a lead role in Health and Safety management of the company, supporting the Operations Manager.
  • Manage stock taking activities, including audit duties.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reporting.

Person Specifications:

  • 5 years minimum experience in import/export.
  • Health and Safety experience - ideally NEBOSH certified.
  • Experience in facilities management.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Resilience.
  • Able to show initiative.
  • Able to work both individually and as part of a team.
  • MS Office skills, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook (to an advanced level).
  • SAP experience - highly desirable.
