Wild Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to join a dynamic company in Milton Keynes. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the company's daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control stock held in the warehouse to ensure high availability through stock profiling and management.
- Oversee the management of incoming goods and export shipments.
- Manage facilities for the company's Milton Keynes site.
- Provide support to the warehouse and customers as required.
- Take a lead role in Health and Safety management of the company, supporting the Operations Manager.
- Manage stock taking activities, including audit duties.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Requirements:
- 5 years minimum experience in import/export.
- Health and Safety experience, ideally NEBOSH certified.
- Experience in facilities management.
- Good communication skills.
- Resilience.
- Able to show initiative.
- Able to work both individually and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- SAP experience is highly desirable.
