About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Operations Coordinator to join our team at Wild Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our service department, ensuring seamless communication with customers, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Service Request Management: Manage service requests, ensuring that all necessary information is collected and processed efficiently.
  • Workload Planning: Plan and coordinate the workload of our engineers, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit daily service job reports, highlighting any issues or concerns.
  • Support and Collaboration: Provide proactive support to our engineers, working closely with the Regional Service Managers to ensure smooth operations.
  • Transportation and Logistics: Coordinate transportation for machine deliveries, working closely with the Installation Manager.
  • Remedial Quotes: Process remedial quotes in a timely manner, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
Requirements
  • High Workload Management: Ability to manage a high workload, working well under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Customer Support: Excellent customer support skills, with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to customer inquiries.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and process information efficiently.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, providing support and assistance as needed.
