About the Role:

Circet UK is seeking an experienced Programme Coordinator to join our team. As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the success of our projects, working closely with the Project Manager and customer representatives to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and schedule assignments to execute job plans
  • Coordinate materials logistics with partners and customers
  • Act as the single point of contact for customers, sales, and operations on fixed bid projects
  • Prepare and submit customer-required status reports and project deliverables
  • Initiate and monitor scheduling of completion dates
  • Continually update databases to track jobs
  • Resolve customer concerns

Requirements:

  • One-year proven experience in an administrative role
  • Proven experience of working within a full project life cycle
  • Good understanding of project governance and control
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn various systems
  • Complex problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to handle confidential/sensitive information with discretion
  • High attention to detail
  • Customer service skills
  • Technical knowledge or basic telecom experience advantageous
  • Exceptional ability to analyze data and utilize it to make sound business decisions
  • Conflict management and resolution skills
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple, and at times competing priorities
  • Ability to work within a dynamic team setting and provide role model leadership to Circet's workforce
