About the Role

TC Facilities Management is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and implementation of all health and safety requirements for our company.

Job Purpose

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards, including ISO 45001:2018.
  • Developing and implementing continuous improvement programs to enhance our health and safety processes.
  • Conducting audits, quality reviews, and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with our field-based teams to ensure effective health and safety practices are in place.
  • Providing guidance and support to operational staff on health and safety matters.
  • Monitoring and reporting on health and safety statistics and trends.
  • Coordinating with our training department to ensure health and safety induction training is implemented.
  • Promoting a health and safety culture within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Developing and implementing health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Conducting regular health and safety audits and risk assessments.
  • Providing guidance and support to operational staff on health and safety matters.
  • Monitoring and reporting on health and safety statistics and trends.
  • Coordinating with our training department to ensure health and safety induction training is implemented.
  • Promoting a health and safety culture within our organization.

Requirements

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Significant knowledge of health and safety law and regulations.
  • Experience in contract mobilization and demobilization projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
