**Saturday Office Administrator 7.25 hours**
**You will be located in the Accounts Office & Reception Area within a busy Department Store.**
- Process relevant paperwork in the main accounts office
- Keep area tidy and professional
- Adhere to confidentiality
- Answer internal & external calls politely & efficiently
- Deliver excellent service to both external and internal customers by all methods of communication.
- Process payments
- Ensure staff are aware of the stores performance and what is happening within the business.
