An exciting opportunity exists to join our expanding team. 1try designs and manufactures infrastructure products for the Telecommunications sector. Due to rapid expansion an opportunity has arisen for a Junior Office Administrator. This is an ideal opportunity for the right applicant to get in early and be key to developing and rolling out processes that will assist the company in its next stage of growth.

**Reporting to**:Managing Director

**Location**: Based Sheriff Hutton, North Yorkshire

**Salary**:Based on experience and qualification: Benefits include: 20 days holiday, workplace pension, on-site parking.

**Hours**:Full-Time Monday to Thursday 9:00-17:00, Friday 9:00-16:00 (36.5 hours a week)

**Who we are looking for**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Answer phone calls.
- Provide administrative support to the office staff with ad-hoc duties.
- General office duties inc Organise files and documents, photocoping etc.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment.
- Updating spreadsheets & databases.
- Typing quotes, invoices & purchase orders

Skills and attributes:

- Attention to detail
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to work in a team and independently
- Willingness to learn
- Good IT skills
- Excellent organisation & planning skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks without supervision
- Previous administration experience is preferable however willingness and ability to learn new skills is valued if experience is lacking.
