Total Training Provision is looking for a reliable and efficient Junior Office Coordinator to join our team in York. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our operations team.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various office tasks, including filing and document management
  • Collaborate with the administration team on tasks such as scanning, distribution, and franking of post
  • Respond to phone calls and take messages when necessary
  • Manage the front desk, greeting visitors and answering phones when required
  • Access client files, both digital and physical
  • Copy documents upon request
  • Bind documents using a ring binder
  • Organize closed files, ensuring they are properly scanned, sorted, and documented
  • Maintain a well-stocked stationery area, reporting low supplies
  • Cleanliness duties, including the kitchen and refrigerator

**Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
  • Collaborative mindset and strong teamwork skills
  • Self-driven and motivated individual
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications preferred
