Junior Office Coordinator

Total Training Provision is looking for a reliable and efficient Junior Office Coordinator to join our team in York. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our operations team.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various office tasks, including filing and document management
- Collaborate with the administration team on tasks such as scanning, distribution, and franking of post
- Respond to phone calls and take messages when necessary
- Manage the front desk, greeting visitors and answering phones when required
- Access client files, both digital and physical
- Copy documents upon request
- Bind documents using a ring binder
- Organize closed files, ensuring they are properly scanned, sorted, and documented
- Maintain a well-stocked stationery area, reporting low supplies
- Cleanliness duties, including the kitchen and refrigerator
**Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
- Collaborative mindset and strong teamwork skills
- Self-driven and motivated individual
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications preferred
**Terms and Conditions:
- Competitive hourly rate: £6.40 per hour
