Office Administrator

**SIX MONTH CONTRACT - OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR**
- **Immediate start**:
- **Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm with an early finish on Friday at 4:30pm**:
- **Hybrid working available**:
- **£21,500**
**Key Duties**
- Processing of internal and external mail.
- Coordinate I.T and mobile comms. requirements across the business including ordering new equipment, SIM cards etc.
- Book travel and accommodation as required.
- Act as the facilities coordinator for Head Office e.g. arranging for minor works, fire alarm testing Health & Safety Checks in conjunction with the management team and occupants of the building
- Supporting the Finance Department in the processing of invoices.
- Support the Business Development Team with social media
**Knowledge Required**
- Computer packages including Microsoft Office
- Understanding of Data Protection legislation and how to manage data
**Personal Skills Required**
- Ability and willingness to adopt a flexible approach to working outside normal office hours at different venues on occasion
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information and maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Communication skills
- Be a team player with good interpersonal skills
