We are looking for a **Service Desk Technician **individual to join an innovative organization that is currently going through a large period of growth

This is a successful Technology Business that has developed globally recognized software that is used by a number of the largest online retail brands we use on a day-to-day basis.

There is never a dull day in the fast-paced service desk environment, and you will be part of an expanding team delivering excellent customer service

Core responsibilities:

- You will be delivery of 1st and 2nd line Support for all IT issues and queries
- Excellent customer services and first fixes
- Managing customer's expectations and users
- Carrying out desk side support and calls
- Resolving first-line IT issues and supporting end users, service users, and third-party suppliers
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and strong technical skills
- Strong communication and people skills

This organization doesn't silo their support environment and so you will get involved with everything, progressing your skills and development within the organisation

Due to a strong hands-on element to the role, this will be based on-site in the offices in Corby.
