**About The Role**

As an HR Service Desk Officer, you will be the first point of contact for employees seeking assistance with HR-related inquiries, policies, procedures, and systems. Your role is crucial in ensuring our employees receive timely and effective support, contributing to a positive employee experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Employee Support: Respond to employee inquiries about HR policies, procedures, and programs, providing clear and accurate information.
- Case Management: Manage and track employee requests through our HR ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Policy Interpretation: Help employees understand HR policies and procedures, offering guidance and support.
- System Assistance: Assist employees with HR systems, including self-service portals, timekeeping, and benefits enrolment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of employee interactions and inquiries, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Escalation: Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate HR team members or departments for resolution.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and improvement of HR service desk processes and resources.

**About You**
- Experience in a customer service or support role, preferably within HR or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Proficiency with HRIS and support ticketing systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactive and able to work independently and collaboratively.
