Here at Tong Park Hotel we are looking to add to our Front Desk Team.

This exciting prospect is for an ambitious and experienced Receptionist, looking for their next opportunity to be part of a dynamic team.
Successful applicants will join a team of passionate operators who are working hard to deliver excellence in all that they do.
**What are we looking for?**
Front Desk team members who are always working on behalf of our guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:
**_Note: Hotel customer experience is essential. Shift flexibility and availability is crucial._**
- Positive attitude

- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
- Ability to work on your own or in teams
- Previous reception experience useful but not essential
- Experience with cash handling
- Able to work AM and PM shifts (own car is recommended)
**What will you be doing?**
As a Front Desk Team member, you are responsible for booking in, checking out and all related adminstration work related to this, as required to deliver an excellent guest experience. You will also be required to undergo training and to work to achieve departmental targets.
Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Checking In and Check Out customers
- Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
- Take reservations & customer orders, consistently demonstrating high levels of customer service
- Follow cash handling and administrative procedures
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Up-sell with latest departmental incentives
- Strive to achieve departmental targets
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships

**Salary**: £6.83-£10.42 per hour
