We are thrilled to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to be part of our dynamic Estates team on a 12 month FTC.

You will provide crucial administrative support to the Head of Estates in managing and coordinating the department's information systems, generating routine management reports as needed, and engaging with external organisations.

**Your role at BRE**

You will be responsible for overseeing the department's data management, which includes service contracts and values, accommodation database, tenancy database, business rates, utilities data, assisting with budgeting and forecasting, and maintaining the department's Group Management system.

Some additional responsibilities will include:

- Develop and maintain occupancy database for the park to enable accurate reporting of occupancy utilisation.
- Co-ordinate and maintain departments IT systems including Sharepoint, Access Control, Occupancy database, Lease database, Contractor/Visitor system, acting as System Administrator for all departments system.
- Assist with the marketing and administration of vacant properties ensuring website content is accurate and updated.
- Liaise as required with utility providers to gather energy data and assist with overall energy reporting arrangements.
- Co-ordinate and maintain Departments Group Management System
- Work as part of a wider Estates team in delivering overall operational excellence across the estate.

**Your profile**
- Previous knowledge of administering Business Rates and liaising with local authority.
- Good working knowledge of IT systems including, Sharepoint, system databases, and intermediate to advanced in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Good research skills, data analysis and the ability to translate complex data into a simple format.
- Good attention to detail and data management
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent planning and organisation skills
- Proven verbal and written communication skills and the ability to prepare reports and graphics.
- Rapid data entry, attention to detail and good editing skills.
- Previous experience gained from working within an Estates/FM environment.
