Job Description for Bid Administrator:
Our client offers a service and management solution to the public sector and are a market leader in their field. They are hiring a Bid Administrator to help and support the growing Bid team. You will proactively identify and research opportunities, liaising with other team members.

An ideal opportunity for someone who would like to progress into a Bid related role or for someone with experience of working in a Bid team.

This is a hybrid working role, 2 days in the office one week and 3 days the next week.

The Role:

- Working within the Bid team to identify, prepare and research opportunities to ensure that any decisions relating to proposals / tenders are fully informed and evidenced.
- Monitor tender portals and complete weekly searches of ‘Find a Tender’ to identify upcoming opportunities
- Recording information on the CRM.
- Manage the bid library content
- Working internally with Finance, Operations, HR and IT
- Good attention to detail is a must.

Experience & Skills for this Bid Manager role:

- Excellent research and admin skills
- Good communication is essential
- Detailed and accurate in your approach with good numerical ability
- No Bid experience needed but is an added advantage.
