**Business Support Administrator (Apprentice)**
**£15,000 pa**
We are currently looking for a Business Support Administrator (Apprentice) to provide support to the Operations function at CSP and the delivery of event services. The Business Support Administrator will support the Operations Administrator in the “behind the scenes” work that makes an event successful - the travel arrangements for the Operations team; the tender process for new and renewals of existing business; the preparation of quotations; and the scheduling and arranging of internal operational meetings, including minute-taking where necessary. The successful applicant will be provided with professional, vocational development training (Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration) to develop skills, to a recognised national standard. (You will need minimum Grades A-C in GCSE Maths and English as a requirement of enrolment to the Apprenticeship.)
This role is based at the Head Office in Watford.
This is an Apprenticeship role, duration 17 months, and may lead to a permanent role on successful completion of the Apprenticeship.

**What you will be doing as a Business Support Administrator (Apprentice)**
- Support the Operations Administrator in the forward planning and booking of all travel arrangements for the Operations team, including hotel and flight reservations
- Act as the first response for all CSP web and telephone enquiries, cascading them to the appropriate Operations Manager / CSP Department or client in a professional, diligent manner
- Carry out weekly calendar checks for CSP’s regular clients and managed venues to ensure operational event schedules are accurate
- Provide organisational assistance to the Operations team including support in the preparation of event-related operational documentation
- Support the Operations Administrator in the production of reports
