The Client Operations Executive is responsible for the assistance in the management, communication, planning and execution of all projects for one of our largest clients who is a global Credit provider for our pan European activities.
In order to be successful you will have a desire to grow within this role and have some similar experience.
You will have Intermediate Excel skills as this forms a large part of the roleDuties- Supporting the Senior Client Services Manager with full administration support for all projects across all markets
- You will be proactive in all areas of operations, seeking to develop and maintain effective working relationships within the field, the clients and head office teams, ensuring efficient completion of all activities
- Maintain effective communication links between Client Management, Field Team and partner countries
- Work with our inhouse administration systems, namely Celero One, as well as managing all market administration
- Complete daily and weekly reports
- To assist in any administration tasks associated with visit completion, stock ordering and logistics, call file planning and data reporting.
- Act as a second point of contact for all client queries and provide cover for the Senior Client Service Manager when not available.
- Confident in the use of MS Office suite and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and timely reporting.
