Job Summary

1st Executive is seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our purchasing and procurement team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and improving supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve supplier performance through regular meetings and performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement robust Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Credits for all significant contracts.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of supplier performance through data-driven dashboards.
  • Resolve supplier disputes and escalations in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Develop and present data-driven dashboards to stakeholders, highlighting key actions and progress.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement and optimize supplier relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in procurement supplier/contract management, with a focus on relationship management with blue-chip and SME suppliers.
  • Experience working with marketing vendors/suppliers and developing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive process improvement in complex environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
