**Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Supplier Onboarding Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for conducting thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) assessments on potential suppliers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practice guidance, and facilitating a smooth onboarding process.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive due diligence on potential suppliers, verifying their identity, legal status, ownership structure, and financial stability.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies during the supplier onboarding process to mitigate potential risks.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on supplier onboarding activities, compliance status, and potential risks for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement sustainable procurement strategies aligned with the organization's social value framework.

**Requirements:

  • Previous experience in supplier onboarding, KYC/KYS, compliance, or a related role.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in supplier due diligence and KYC/KYS processes.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for documentation and data management.
