Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Analyst to join our team at 1st Executive. As a key member of our supplier onboarding team, you will play a critical role in safeguarding the trust and reputation of our clients' customer-facing brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough due diligence on potential suppliers, verifying their identity, legal status, ownership structure, and financial stability.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies during the supplier onboarding process to mitigate potential risks.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports on supplier onboarding activities, compliance status, and potential risks for management review.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement sustainable procurement strategies aligned with our organization's social value framework.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in supplier onboarding, KYC/KYS, compliance, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in supplier due diligence and KYC/KYS processes.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and systems for documentation and data management.
