Customer Representative

As a Customer Representative you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships. You will be the frontline representative, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing outstanding service to our customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide assistance to customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers
- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills in English
- Ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages, is a plus
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and navigating computer systems
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: From £25,631.10 per year
