**Job Title: HR Coordinator**
**Salary: £24,000**
**Working Hours: 37.5 hours, 8.30am until 5pm, Monday - Friday**

**The Opportunity**:
As a HR Coordinator, you'll be at the forefront of our people operations, working alongside our Head of Human Resources to ensure our team thrives. This isn't just a job - it's an opportunity to make a real impact and shape the future of our company.

**What You'll Do**:

- Provide expert HR advice on a range of issues, from disciplinary matters to employee well-being, ensuring fairness and compliance at every turn.
- Support managers through disciplinary and grievance processes, guiding them with confidence and expertise.
- Champion our company policies and procedures, ensuring they're not just understood but embraced by all.
- Be the driving force behind process improvements, constantly seeking ways to enhance our HR practices.
- Lead the charge on employee onboarding, ensuring new team members feel welcomed and equipped for success from day one.
- Keep our employee records shipshape and up-to-date, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate closely with our finance team on payroll matters, ensuring smooth sailing for all employees.
- Manage all learning and development administration, facilitating training sessions and ensuring our team members have the tools they need to grow and succeed and looking after our apprentices throughout the company.
- Take the lead on issuing new starter contracts, contract changes, and other administrative tasks to ensure our team members are supported every step of the way.

- Take initiative and ownership of your work, knowing when to seek guidance and when to forge ahead.

- Navigate the digital landscape with ease, with proficiency in ICT and MS Office.
- Work seamlessly within our team, collaborating and communicating with colleagues to achieve our goals.
- Experience within HR is not a necessity but experience within administration would be beneficial.
